The Old Courthouse Eatery, located at 85 Cambridge Street, has been lovingly refurbished into a vibrant local café.
Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, it also offers dinner service from Thursday to Saturday, along with Sunday afternoon music sessions. Catering and events are specialties, and private cooking classes can be booked for groups of 15 or more.
Guests can expect fresh, flavourful dishes crafted on-site using locally sourced ingredients. The café proudly serves Good Fortune coffee, Baked Dane produce, tap beer from Good George, and wine from whānau-owned New Zealand wineries. Fi, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is passionate about food, textures, and flavours. Originally from the Kāpiti Coast, she has successfully run various ventures, authored two cookbooks, and hosted sold-out cooking classes.
